The Monterey Park Police Department suspect an Alhambra man of sexual assaulting two victims and is asking any other potential victims to come forward. According to a statement from the department, the man, identified as 35-year-old resident Angel Cano, approached two males Wednesday, Aug. 2 "in front of a CVS in the city of Alhambra and told them he would pay them to go to his hair salon to try some new hair products." From Alhambra, Cano allegedly drove the men, ages 16 and 18, to a hair salon on the 1700 block of West Garvey Avenue in Monterey Park, where the alleged assaults occurred.
