Suspect charged after Carousel Road shooting

Chattanooga Police made an arrest and charged a suspect after a fatal shooting at the 1400 block of Carousel Road, which is off Wilcox Boulevard. Jamichael Eddins died in the shooting and Randall Davenport, 28, was treated and released from a hospital after the incident.
