Corpus Christi assistant band director arrested on child pornography charges

US Attorney Ryan K. Patrick has announced that 28-year old Corpus Christi resident Parker J. Pendergraph has been charged with distribution of child pornography. Pendergraph, an assistant band director for a local high school and middle school, was arrested earlier Wednesday after the formal filing of a criminal complaint.

According to U.S. Attorney Ryan K. Patrick, authorities arrested 36-year-old David Medina after a criminal complaint was filed against him. Medina is expected to make his first court appearance today.

Concert series line-up for Rodeo Corpus Christi announced
