Darrell Dickerson, 38, and his Fairfield defense attorney, John Coffer, and Deputy District Attorney Daniel Madow were in visiting Judge Arvid Johnson's courtroom Monday morning in Fairfield to set the hearing time and date on the news charges at 10 a.m. May 14 in Department 17. In a brief interview afterward, Madow said he had recently learned that Dickerson, while in Solano County Jail on the rape charge, tried to dissuade and solicit someone not to testify.
