Advisory committee to help distribute official GoFundMe shooting donations

With nearly $1.9 million amassed so far from nearly 27,000 donors, the Broward Education Foundation on Wednesday said it plans to form an advisory committee to help it determine how those donations should be distributed among the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School community. Florida's child welfare agency investigated the suspect in a school shooting that killed 17 people after he cut himself in a video but found him stable, according to state records.
