Police are asking for help identifying a woman who is suspected of stealing more than $2,000 worth of baby formula from at least three Target stores across Orange County, authorities said. About 10 a.m. on May 18, two suspects allegedly stole about $300 worth of baby formula from the Target store at 900 Spectrum Center Drive in Irvine, an Irvine Police Department report said.
