Oklahoma Department of Public Safety offices Wednesday are closed in central Oklahoma due to icy weather, the Department of Public Safety reports. "Even though the roads are fairly clear this morning, we feel it is in the best interest of employee safety, and that of the general public, to close our offices ahead of the hazardous winter weather later in the day," said DPS Commissioner Rusty Rhoades.

Oklahoma City-based Enable Midstream posts $108 million fourth-quarter profit

Natural gas gathered volumes have increased for eight consecutive quarters at Oklahoma City-based Enable Midstream Partners LP as the partnership expanded its pipeline network and as companies increased drilling throughout the system, the company said Tuesday. In the fourth quarter of 2017, Enable received a 10-year natural gas gathering contract for 138,000 acres of eastern Oklahoma's Arkoma Basin, expanding the partnership's network in the state.

Patient arrested, accused of setting fire at Integris ER
