An Ormond Beach man with multiple convictions for sexual misconduct is now a suspect in multiple rapes in Volusia and Flagler counties, authorities said Wednesday. Volusia County deputies on Tuesday arrested Obtravies Watkins, 34, and charged him with kidnapping, sexual battery using force and driving with a suspended license.
