Anniston woman killed Monday in Birmingham shooting

An Anniston woman was killed in a shooting in Birmingham Monday, according to an official of the Jefferson County Coroner's Office. Venus Felicia Godhigh, 38, of Anniston died at 12:08 p.m. Monday of wounds she suffered in a shooting in the 900 block of Second Street North in Birmingham, chief deputy coroner Bill Yates said.
