About: frisco, texas

Frisco is located in northeastern Texas. It is considered to be a commuter city, as many of the residents work in Dallas. The area where Frisco now sits was settled by pioneers travelling along the Shawnee Trail. This trial was later used for cattle drives north of Austin and eventually became Preston Road, one of the oldest North-South roads in Texas. When the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway came through the area, several watering holes were constructed so the steam engines could refuel. One of these waterholes became the Frisco community, named after the railroad.

Spence on Crawford Fight: We're Gonna Meet Up, Make Big Money

Spence considers his impressive performances more than enough to get his point across to Crawford regarding their much-anticipated welterweight championship showdown. The undefeated IBF welterweight champion previously made it clear that he wants to fight the Danny Garcia-Shawn Porter winner and Keith Thurman before facing Crawford because they're all advised by Al Haymon and he feels those fights will be easier to make.

SHO's Espinoza Expects Spence Back For One More in 2018

In the immediate aftermath of Errol Spence taking care of mandatory challenger Carlos Ocampo in one round this past weekend in Texas, the defending IBF welterweight champion said that his return to the ring may hinge on being able to get the winner of Danny Garcia vs. Shawn Porter, who are scheduled to meet for the vacant WBC 147-pound belt. But returning to the ring before the end of 2018 isn't necessarily predicated on getting the winner of that bout.

Spence said during a post-fight press conference late Saturday night that he would rather fight Jessie Vargas in his next bout than Ugas.
