A proposal for homeless housing is withdrawn in Fullerton, for now

The city of Anaheim has been using private security to help keep parks clear after hours and be extra eyes during peak times to improve safety and to keep encampments, such as this one that once was in La Palma Park, from forming again. A nonprofit has withdrawn its proposal to build a 60-unit, long-term housing facility for homeless people at Commonwealth and Basque avenues in Fullerton.
