A 29-year-old man on Friday was convicted today of two counts of forced oral copulation and one count of rape for sexually assaulted an intoxicated woman who was trying to get home on BART after a holiday work party in San Francisco in December 2016. Federal prosecutors have indicted a San Leandro man already in custody for three bank robberies in June and May in Oakland and San Francisco, according to authorities and court documents. Philip Leblanc, 36, is accused in an indictment issued Thursday of being the man who robbed a Citibank branch in Oakland's Chinatown on June 23, a Cathay Bank at 540 Montgomery St., in San Francisco on June 22 and a Wells Fargo Bank at 1 Montgomery St. in San Francisco on May 26. Leblanc, who listed his occupation on jail records as escrow officer, has been in custody since July 3 after he was arrested by Oakland police in San Leandro.
