Former Fever Star Athlete dead in apparent accidental shooting

According to the Tuscaloosa Police Department, officers responded to the 900 block of Parkview Dr. on an accidental shooting call, where they found a 19-year-old University of Alabama student dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. 43-year-old man found dead in vehicle in Tuscaloosa County lake

Deputies in Tuscaloosa County were called to an area off of U.S. Highway 82 in the Duncanville community on Saturday at about 11:15 a.m. They arrived to find a 43-year-old male in a vehicle in a lake near the South Fork Mobile Home Park, according to the Tuscaloosa News. "At this time it is unknown how the vehicle ended up in the lake or the exact cause of death to the occupant," Tuscaloosa Violent Crimes Unit assistant commander Capt.

Man dies in single-car crash in Tuscaloosa

A Northport man died in the early hours of Sunday morning after his truck left the road and overturned, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. Justin Blake Greenfield, 28, was killed when the 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche he was driving left the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.
